How long is the Simba sleep trial period?
We offer a 200-night trial on our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within this period, we will collect the mattress and provide a full refund.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with specific layers that should always stay in the same order. We recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees once a month for the first six months to ensure even wear.
What is the delivery timeline for my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do Simba mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal domestic use.
Can I use my Simba mattress on any bed base?
Our mattresses are compatible with most high-quality bed bases, including divans, slatted frames, and platform beds. Just ensure the slats are no more than 3 inches apart.
How do I clean my Simba mattress cover?
The top cover of most Simba models is removable and machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius. We recommend air drying to maintain the fabric integrity.
