At Simba Sleep, we offer a 200-night trial period to ensure you are completely satisfied with your rest. If you're not dreaming better, we'll collect your mattress for free and provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process after your minimum 30-night break-in period.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once approved, our specialist courier team will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the mattress directly from your bedroom.

  Prepare for Pickup

  You don't need to worry about the original box; simply have the mattress accessible for our two-person crew to remove safely from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the item is successfully collected and inspected at our facility, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
